Who Are We

What Is PMCF

Pensele Multi Cultural Foundation (PMCF) is a community-rooted, non-profit initiative in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga. Founded by award-winning artist and cultural leader Welcome “Pensele” Ubisi, the foundation uses arts, culture, and heritage as practical tools for youth and community development.

Our purpose
We preserve and revive local culture while creating opportunities—training young people, building skills, and opening pathways into the creative economy. PMCF’s calendar anchors this work through flagship programmes: the Annual Cultural Show (Sep–Oct), Easter Festival (Mar–Apr), and Art, Culture & Heritage Indaba (Jul–Aug).

What we do

How it shows up
